This place is a must try! Everything we've had from them has been delicious and the service/speed has always been consistently great. Even though it is a food truck you can eat inside the Hotel McCoy bar area that offers good drinks and a nice atmosphere. It's definitely worth checking out!

I cannot recommend the beef dumplings, which were more like an appetizer than a meal. $15+tax for 8 silver dollar-sized dumplings that were mushy & not flavorful. Plus the sauce was two little store-bought packets of Hoisin and sriracha.Nice service but the food is not worth it.

Great food truck right off the highway at an incredibly cute refurbished motel (McCoy’s). We ordered online in advance and picked up one of everything — there were three of us and it was a perfect amount of food for dinner. The owner/chef called us to confirm our order and to see if we needed utensils etc. Super easy and tasty. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something right off the highway.Parking: Lots of spots right in the motel lot.
Tried both dumplings and the garlic cucumbers. Everything was delicious! A little on the pricier side for the amount of food you get, but they are hand made, and you don't feel like you over ate after. Everything was so good, I forgot to take pictures of anything! We will go back.

The most delicious potato mochi that is crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside and beautiful, flavorful dumplings. Food is made fresh and hot and there is cute seating available near the truck for convenience as well.

The food is amazing I get the brisket dumplings with the in house soy sauce it is my favorite!! The owner has amazing customer service and even though I have only been there twice he remembered me from months before! Hotel McCoy is an amazing location I love to sit on the patio and watch the sunset and just enjoy the art they have all around the hotel! I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone definitely worth trying:)

A fun little addition to the hotel. Food was simple and straightforward. The potato mochi was a good solid potato croquet, cooked extremely well. The brisket dumplings were ok but the last one the list of notable items. The cucumber salad was solid and tasty. The winner tonight was a double batch of service and sauce! Tried all the sauces and they make the dinner and the service was the hit of the evening. Pair it all with a cup of the Blueberry Spaceship Box Cider from Superstition Springs, makes it a winner!!! Especially when you don’t feel like going out to find food when arriving late!

The star is for the location, The hotel Macoy is super cute. The service was friendly. The food, I've waited months to try this place out and I was beyond disappointed. My husband and I went despite reading the one and only review that gave them 2 stars. I think that's the only honest review on here. We ordered the shroom and brisket dumplings. This portion I wouldn't even consider an appetizer. Maybe I would consider going back if it was something memorable but it wasn't. I'm sorry but nothing about it was so delicious that I would come back. It looked sad in the little to-go container. 6 little (pretty) dumplings accompanied by a pack of siracha and hoisin sauce a wedge of lime and some jalapeños that were hidden underneath the paper liner and I never found until my food was gone. No special sauce to go with them. I read your reply to the other customer that gave you the 2 stars, let me tell you that people don't want to go back to the window to ask for dumplings to look like the pictures you post. They should already look like that. If you'd like to know we were there last night 11/02/23 at 6pm

Amazing, best chicken wings in Tucson!The wings are fried with care and remind me of the traditional Korean chicken wings I used to love as a kid.Combine that with the iconic chicken wings from Compton or Inglewood, CA and that is the taste of these delicious wings.Very clean truck with a kind and respectful owner. Each wing was cooked with love and to perfection.The perfect combination of traditional and modern tastes. It is hard to find good food that you can trust so I am excited to try the dumplings next :D
