The most delicious potato mochi that is crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside and beautiful, flavorful dumplings. Food is made fresh and hot and there is cute seating available near the truck for convenience as well.
Everything this truck serves is fire. I’ve tried most of the veg items over the 1.5 years they’ve been open, and it’s only gotten better. I’m a sucker for the cauliflower and the tots but I’ll wait in line for the dumplings, too! Go!

Tried both dumplings and the garlic cucumbers. Everything was delicious! A little on the pricier side for the amount of food you get, but they are hand made, and you don't feel like you over ate after. Everything was so good, I forgot to take pictures of anything! We will go back.
