Delicioso! Food, service, and the they have an amazing view of the Catalinas! Their desserts are to die for. I am a New Yorker and come from an Italian family, and Trattoria Pina's cannolis rival, anything that I have had back East!

Nice overall. Wine was good....but food was way overcooked. Very difficult to cut chicken breast even with a steak knife. Food came out super late, we didn't say anything but the waiter apologized. Scallops not seared.....odd!! Many other options for Italian food in Tucson. Will not return.

I recently dined at Trattoria Pina during a work trip, and I can confidently say it was one of the best Italian meals I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was at a five-star resort. The ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for what was to come.
The first impression was nothing short of spectacular with their delicious bread, served warm and fresh. It set the stage for the meal that followed, which exceeded all expectations. Every dish was expertly crafted and bursting with flavor; you could taste the authenticity in every bite.
And let me not forget the dessert—it was the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. I can't recommend Trattoria Pina enough. If you’re in Tucson, don’t miss out on this gem!

Disappointed with the food. Was there for my birthday and looking forward to having veal. No longer on the menu. It was on the online menu. On my last birthday dinner I was able to choose my dessert. This time the dessert was chosen for me. Ny chicken was hard to cut. Don't think I'll go back.

The atmosphere and service were great.
The bread and oil to start were delicious, side salad was very good and the ranch dressing tasted excellent. My complaint only comes from the lasagna I ordered. It was a large plate, served very fresh, however, it had no structure to it at all. I couldn't find an actual portion of lasagna in the entire plate. In short it was one big tray of sauce and melted cheese and the layers were not identifiable. It was a good flavor, but the dish was so one dimensional it was hard to enjoy.

We recently moved to Tucson and just found our new favorite place. Trattoria Pina has everything––fantastic atmosphere with a great view of the Catalina Foothills, friendly staff, and wonderful food. The scampi portofino is perfect, with giant shrimp, artichokes, mushrooms, and capers all in a well-balanced wine wine and lemon sauce over pasta. The lasagna comes in its own giant baking dish. No one even came close to finishing their enormous portions. Meals are served with minestrone or salad and incredible rosemary bread with a balsamic and olive oil dip. The desserts look incredible, tiramisu, cannolis and a few others. Unfortunately, we didn't save room this time. Next time, we'll also try the personal wood-fired pizzas that looked and smelled amazing.
The best part of the night was the incredible waiter. Though every table was filled, this waiter worked the room like a consummate professional. Our water was never empty and the bread basket was always full. Everything was perfectly timed––we waited the perfect amount of time to allow for conversation, but not too long for teens to get bored.
We're looking forward to our next special occasion to visit again.

Food was amazing. Service was superb. The desert was the best part! Wish it had a little more of an Italian ambiance and music. The owner was super nice. She gave or I may have charmed her for another free desert hahaha... but she is a lovely person
Vegetarian options: They do have vegan dishes. Recommend seeing menu before you to see if it's a right fit. That's what I did

The shrimp in my Scampi Portofino were overcooked, and my mom's Margherita pizza had sections of undercooked dough. The drinks and tiramisu were good. I wouldn't recommend this place, looks can be deceiving.

Excellent food and service. Great view of the mountains. Classy place.
Pretty good but not top notch. Both pasta sauces were runny.
Great outdoor patio seating, to enjoy a sunset and moon traversing the evening sky. The food was wonderful, and the service was exceptional.
Calamari, Chicken parmesan, all meat pizza, salmon (originally trout) picatta, among some of dinners we enjoyed. All were excellent. Martinis & Tuesday's wine special pinot grigio bottle were magnificent.
Our only disappointment was that their veal is no longer served, which many had hoped to order. Also, plan accordingly as the kitchen closes at 8pm.
