We dined outdoors on a gorgeous Tucson day so you couldn't beat the ambience. Grace, our server provided excellent service with a cheerful demeanor. I had the Jambalaya Pasta which was mildly spicy and delicious. My wife had the Spinach and Wild Mushroom Pizza though very delicious, however it appeared to have about ONE mushroom total! Other than that, it was a great lunch and we will be looking forward to the next opportunity to dine at this impressive restaurant.
Good enough food. I'm glad they have finally changed their menu. I had the air fried tenders, which were good. Solid place w/ healthy-ish food.
Front desk was slow in helping a walk -in that was in front of us. We had requested patio but asked for one in the shade, the table we got was partially shaded and had to go back and ask Host to lower the shade. I noticed when I went to the restroom there were tables on the back side they were shady and quite a bit cooler. Our server was very nice but extremely slow especially when it came to clearing our plates, getting the bill and paying. We had to ask the busser to find her to bring us the bill as we waited ? 15 minutes after she cleared us and then another 10 to pick up our credit cards. Maybe she had tables inside too as we didn't see her around much during our meal. My food was good but 2 of my friends said their meals were fantastic and would have again. Would give it another try.
We had a table of 7 and all of the food we ordered was great. It took longer than expected to be served. Everyone enjoyed their dinner. Wait staff was friendly, efficient and apologetic. We had a great evening. Thx
The pairing, salad very good but lemon chicken wrap tasteless. Tortilla hard minimal chicken.
Love this place! Two enthusiastsic thumbs up!

The food was fresh and fabulously flavored. We sat outside on the patio, which was quiet and enjoyable. Our waitress was attentive and genuinely kind. We will definitely be back for the high quality food and yummy filling flavors.

I’ve been here several times. When I first started going here, the food was on the whole very good and service acceptable. However the last two times have been extremely disappointing. The latest was picking up chicken tenders and fries to go. The “true crisp’d chicken” is …. Unpalatable, to put it nicely. The flavor is not good at all, and both times I’ve tried it it has either been overcooked and dry or the breading has been undercooked. The fries were packaged in open paper bag type containers to go, which was a weird choice and guaranteed they’d be cold by the time I got home. After a couple bites of each, both tenders and fries got trashed. I absolutely hate wasting food but there was no saving these. In addition, last year I had the squash pie a couple times and it was phenomenal. This past time however it was.. chunky? And the flavor not as good. What used to be a solid choice has done so poorly lately I probably will not be back. Unfortunate, as there aren’t a ton of gf options in town.

Ordered a medium burger... Was one of those frozen patties like you get at Costco and was well done, way well done.
The fries were OK, but the burger was bad ...

I've been to True Food kitchen several times now and every time is lovely. I appreciate the healthy options on the menu and the fun drinks including fresh squeezed juice cocktails.

One of the best and only places in Tucson to eat delicious and ACTUALLY healthy food! Beautiful atmosphere and reasonably priced as well.
We took my sister here for her birthday. I had not heard of it, but she had and wanted to try it. So glad we did. We went on Saturday and had a reservation for 3:00pm. We got there 45 minutes early. The hostess (forgot her name. Reddish hair girl who manager Brian said only there 2 weeks) offered for us a hi top or bar seating to wait. We chose bar. We then changed our mind about high top, but she had just sat people there. She went out of her way to see what tables might be clearing and told us to go the bar and as soon as one was available she let us know and move us over. The bar tender, Cindy , was friendly and courteous. The drinks were great! Mojito and bright eyes drink refreshing! Our server was Shannelle. I hope i spelled it right! So friendly , sweet and accommodating. She really made the experience even better with her attentiveness. The food was delicious and we would definitely come back. The bowls were great, pizza and lasagna fantastic.

Great restaurant. They use quality ingredients and the food is delicious. They also accommodate any dietary restriction/life style. The only thing is the atmosphere is very laud. Other than that I would recommend 💯
