Service was a little slow. Food was mediocre at best. Had Mongolian Shrimp and beef and broccoli. Meat was gummy. Shrimp was fair sized but dish was bland. Appetizers were tempura Shrimp and veggies ...ok. ...also had pork ribs, now this was amazing!!! Great sauce cooked perfectly. Wish we would've just stopped there. Price was average. Definitely won't return.

After some successful casino time, we stopped into Ume for dinner. The happy hour appetizers were yummy. Our meals featured stir fry with filet, chicken ramen, egg drop soup and tuna sushi. Everyone raved about the flavors. Our server, Bianca, was superb. This place is a destination eatery.

Horrible. Not a sushi chef in sight. Rolls fell apart, weird chopped tuna in stead of filets, tempura shrimp cooked days before, not warm and yummy, and sauce over everything. Should have known not to have sushi at a casino. Our bad.

Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Service was mediocre. Kinda slow, had to ask for drinks. I wanted to order 2 yellow tail on rice, The waitress suggested Hamachi and we were served 2 orders of 6 each Hamachi rolls. She did not offer to return for the yellow tail.

I ordered the Lo mein with chicken and beef, the noodles were good, but the chicken tasted gamey and chewy. Their sushi is great and their egg rolls ??

For This Place Being Inside The Casino The Service Sad To Say Is Such A Disappointment... Service Was The Worst, Our Server Was Rude And Had An Excuse For Every Issue We Had, We Waited Close To An Hour For Refills... Some Of Our Table Got To Eat Before Others That Never Got To Place There Order... Two Bartenders But Yet We Received Our Drinks An Hour Later... Very Disappointing That Even My Wife Had To Get Up To Get Us Our Soy Sauce And Wasabi For The Table... I Do Not Reccomend This Place, Poor Service, Attitude, And Expect To Receive Partial Of Your Order When Eating Here...They Say There Busy But Yet There Sushi Chef And Bartenders Are In Our View Just Hanging Back At The Bar...

We ate here several times and the food did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and prices were so reasonable. The staff was friendly and always checking to be sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Ume!!!

My husband just picked up two orange chicken and fried rice plates to go. Absolutely horrid looking. Literally gave us scraps. Presentation is unacceptable for what this restaurant and setting claims to be. Honestly could have gotten better at Panda Express or made the orange chicken and rice myself at home. I believe they have very young people working here either that or they are skimping. If you do not have the funds, close the entire restaurant down. This isn't high quality Asian food. It's not even mediocre it's below average. Called to let someone no. No answer. Service is worrisome.

Don't order sushi here. It was about 30 minutes before closing time, I ordered cucumber roll to go instead of whit rice because they are out of it. And this is what I received. Roll was not rolled well and the server dropped the container on the floor then it was handed to me.Ume chicken wings were crunchy and tasty though.

I came here to eat the happy hour items and drink some happy hour cocktails, for some reason the bartender doesn't always hang out in the bar so it takes a while to get a drink. Other than that the drinks are amazing and so are the appetizers! The very next morning I brought my two kids and husband to eat all you can eat sushi it was spectacular, My husband and kids got the sesame chicken and orange chicken and they said it's the best they have ever had! I highly recommend everybody to come to this place!Kid-friendliness: As long as you walk with your kids through the casino they are allowed to eat at any of the restaurants.

Beautiful place - UGLY customer service. This is my first visit here... And besides the hotel itself, it's quickly becoming my last. When we arrived we called from our room to the front desk to ask the time of the buffet closing, we were told 10. We went down a little after 6 and were told it was closing in 45 minutes. We ended up at the Asian restaurant Ume, we waited quite a while to be seated, waited to be greeted by our waiter, between all of these waits we ended up 19 minutes late for happy hour, never received one of the drinks that we ordered, received slightly burnt food, then waited for the bill while the wait staff enjoyed a nice conversation at the bar. All in an EMPTY RESTAURANT!The waiter accused me of taking a picture, I was threatened with calling security to go through my phone if the manager didn't see the pictures I took, and not a single person was apologetic or even felt like the situation needed to improve. The manager comp'd a few items. But the waiter never even showed his face again. Just rude.So far, I'm disgusted...

I usually eat here, at least once a week. I usually ask for Felicia, who is great! She wasn't here today. Im also a generous tipper. Today, I had a terrible experience with the Hostess. She wore a mask, but it stayed below her mouth. We sat near the entrance, already had our food on the table, and every time she coughed, it was towards our table. Didn't turn her head the other way, or covered her mouth. I politely asked her if she could at least turn the other way when she coughs or put her mask on. She asked me if I wanted to move to another table. I had about 5 entrees on my table and my 92 year old mother in a wheelchair. I asked her if she could just turn her head when she coughs and not towards out table. She said, im going to call security! I told her I wanted a manager. She told me " You started it!" At first, the manager took her side, and asked me if I wanted to change tables. I told him why should I do that when all she needs to do is turn the other way when she coughs???I told him, I'm Not here to cause any trouble, but it's rude to cough towards your customers table while they're trying to eat. I refuse to get sick because of that. He eventually apologized and I did accept it. On my way out as I was pushing my mother in her wheelchair, the hostess forcefully coughed our way. What a disgrace to the resturant! How can you hire rude, inconsiderate, people like that and try to back them up???? AND THEY THREATEN TO CALL SECURITY OVER COMPLAINING ABOUT A MASK AND A COUGH ?????WOW!!!! Sounds like you'll need an attorney just to dine here. I hope the whole world reads this. I did like to come here, but I would rather spend my money where people are treated with respect.
