I don’t leave very many reviews but Uncork’d deserves one. We stopped in for a drink and a few apps and wow… Everything was absolutely amazing! Great food, great service and great vibe. We’ll definitely be back!!

This is a diamond in the rough in that the unpretentious facade on a main road hides this small windowless space that serves up some delicious food and great cocktails. The hanger streak was behind amazing. The fish and chips was very good but I do agree with other reviews that the green goddess cold slaw is “unique”, and they would be better off with a traditional version. Our bartender was great and made a mean Manhattan and our server, Erin, was great. The menu had some great stuff but it seemed lame to be on simple paper vs a nicer version. The food is so great, it’s hard to believe they have 3 TVs in such a small space that it’s almost sports bar on one side and nice restaurant on the other side. I did love the 80’s music that permeated the air.
So, it’s a bit odd on some ways, but I loved it. And, it’s locally owned!

First time here. Went on a Friday night and no problem getting a table. The service by Carly was wonderful, friendly and attentive. The food was really good. Had the nom nom balls which were delicious and the steak frites. The steak was cooked perfectly with a really good mushroom sauce. Only thing was that it is dark, a bit warm and smoky. There is no airflow. But overall a good experience.

Erin and Carli are amazing at the bar. Super friendly and great conversations. The happy hour here is great, $2 off draft beers, select wine and classic cocktails. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Our server, Carly, was fantastic! Great info on the food and drinks. Good atmosphere, feels a bit like a speakeasy. The Old Fashioneds were absolutely delicious. Recommend this fun little place.

Amazing cocktails and appetizers! Larger portion of mussels than expected. The fries are perfection. Love that they have several Arizona beer options. Look forward to coming back and trying more menu options.

It was OK is a pretty good description of this place. Things felt OK, but not great. We went for cocktails and hors devours on a Saturday, pretty much right after they opened. They were more crowded than expected, but there were open tables. The sausage plate was good, but only seemed to have one kind on it. The nom nom balls were good. The truffle tots seemed like they had been deep fried into oblivion and were soaked in oil. The drinks weren't bad. We ordered some from both the happy hour and non-happy hour menus. There were two types of what were essentially espresso martinis, but it felt like some of the ingredients had been mixed up between the two. I might give it another try for dinner sometime because they did have some interesting items.

Delicious food, great cocktails, and very reasonable prices. The butternut squash hummus was delicious, and the fish and chips were spot on. Will be back soon.

The food was delicious. We had the Big Dipper and the hummus was so tasty! The gourmet grilled cheese was outstanding too! And the drinks are delicious. We tried so many of them because it was so good. The bar tender was super friendly and talked to us about all our drinks. It was such a pleasant evening. The only "bad" thing was that it was so hard to choose what to get for dinner! We will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian appetizers and two vegetarian entrees.

We had a memorable evening at Uncork'd. We had a party of five and were taken care of by Harley. She was wonderful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. A couple of us had fish and chips and we totally enjoyed them. One had a burger and the other had Chicken in Pajamas. Everybody loved their meal. We will definitely be back! Oh yeah the cocktails were perfection.

Cozy little space. Had a couple of ciders on tap followed by a cocktail, Eternal Sunshine. Made me wish I'd done more cocktails because it was refeshing and smooth. For food, had the Big Dipper which was butternut squash hummas with pita, veggies and very awesome beet chips. Great start to the meal. I also went with the mac and cheese which they use a hazelnut brown ale in the sauce giving it a unique, slightly sweet taste. I'll definitely be back.

Interesting and tasty cocktails, fun atmosphere and while I had a few different dishes, the fried duck is a MUST!
