We arrived 15 minutes early for a Sat night reservation for 2, made a week in advance. There was a crowd at the desk, the restaurant was full, one empty table and one being cleared. When we checked in we were told that everyone had reservations. People kept arriving and the receptionist just wrote our names down as we arrived. It was chaos.
