11/3/25 I ordered a burrito with the server named angel,who over charged me for two burritos when I only ordered one, and when I asked to have my money back for the burrito I didn't order he was very rude and made it very difficult to get my money back, I then asked to speak to a manager and he told me there was no manager and no way of getting ahold of one, very unprofessional

Last time I had potato tacos they weren't very good. Think they were dried potatoe flakes. Very lumpy and not all the way mixed. They have very good breakfast burritos and the best salsa

This is a piece of plastic that was in my husband’s chicken taco plate. It’s definitely plastic bag. He could have literally chocked! I called the Viva on St Mary’s where we purchased the three chicken taco plate and she stated there was nothing she could do. Very disappointed, with the way she said it! No regards to safety at all!!!!

Extremely disrespectful service from cashier here today. She left us waiting for 10 minutes and when we said “hello?” Through the drive thru she got mad and said “I’m not going to serve you guys if you don’t stop” SO RUDE DO NOT COME HERE
Bought a carne asada burrito and usually thier good but today it was so greasy that on the wrapper there was grease all over it and my tortilla was soaked with it!! When I picked up the burrito there was grease dripping down the bottom of it!! It was bathed in grease!!! I’ve never seen this much grease in a burrito before!!! I am not happy!!! Whoever is cooking there can’t believe they can’t see the grease!!! Wish I could post the video I took of all the grease coming out of the burrito!!!
