I’m a UA employee every time I come to this location and order a biggie bag and ask for two sauces I only receive one everytime the lady that was working drive thru at 12:20pm today . She Always pretend she gave me the sauce, or get an attitude when I let her know my second sauce is not in the bag. I can go to any Wendy’s location and there is no issue. It’s just a sauce, if I have to pay extra fine, if not place the sauce in there when I ask I should not feel horrible for asking for a second sauce for the 10th interaction while visiting this location .
& the nuggets and fries was not fresh today.

Again, COSTUMER SERVICE and FOOD QUALITY are THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the Restaurant business, POOR MANAGEMENT can destroy a Restaurant in a very short period of time. Service here is extremely slow , the food prep area was disgustingly dirty ( and yes, while we are standing there waiting for our food we are watching it being prepared and observing the cleanliness of the counters and floors...again COSTUMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT are the keys to having a successful business.
Had to tell the dude taking my order 5 times what I wanted, bro still gave me the wrong stuff. Went inside to try and get it fixed and they told me I was wrong, and that I had to pay for another meal if I wanted what I asked for. In the end terrible service and mid food.

This is probably the best location in Tucson. The staff is so quick and friendly. The food always taste so good (especially the sauce nuggets!) and even during lunch hour it's not too over crowded.
