Again, COSTUMER SERVICE and FOOD QUALITY are THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the Restaurant business, POOR MANAGEMENT can destroy a Restaurant in a very short period of time. Service here is extremely slow , the food prep area was disgustingly dirty ( and yes, while we are standing there waiting for our food we are watching it being prepared and observing the cleanliness of the counters and floors...again COSTUMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT are the keys to having a successful business.

Had to tell the dude taking my order 5 times what I wanted, bro still gave me the wrong stuff. Went inside to try and get it fixed and they told me I was wrong, and that I had to pay for another meal if I wanted what I asked for. In the end terrible service and mid food.

Past three times I’ve ordered a frosty in app they have said they are out when I arrive. It’s false advertising at this point, update your online ordering system when out of something like McDonald’s does.

This is probably the best location in Tucson. The staff is so quick and friendly. The food always taste so good (especially the sauce nuggets!) and even during lunch hour it's not too over crowded.

Costumer service is very bad ?

Came twice in a couple weeks and both times they botched the order. Same workers each Saturday.

The first time I asked for a single plain and they sent it with everything on it. Yes, it could be pulled off to make but that's besides the point.

The second time which was today I ordered the exact same order. Single, medium fries and a coke. They got it right with the plain but gave me a jr hamburger for the price of the single.

Definitely a place to check your orders because they will most certainly mess it up.

I wasn’t going to leave a review and I was going to let it just pass. But after waiting almost 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks, I was asked to drive up to the front because the “sticks had to be made”… less than 60 seconds later my food is brought out. Fast forward 6 minutes and I get home and take a bite out of the French toast sticks and they are still RAW!!!!! How are you going to tell me that they “still need to be cooked” then come out 1 minute later and serve a customer RAW FOOD!!!!! Make that make sense and make it clear how RAW food is acceptable, please, I’m waiting.
