I used to stop by this location for breakfast 3-4 times per week on my way to work. I quit stopping due to changes in morning management and quality of service. I stopped today and it is official that I will not be going back. I ordered a #9 sandwich that was saturated in oil to the point that it dripped when I picked it up. The oil was seasoned as well - over seasoned. Unable to eat more than a few bites I discarded into the trash. The bad aftertaste is still with me over 45 minutes later. The quality of the food and service had deteriorated horribly.

So when I went to this horrible pest house there was a black guy about 4.3 150 pounds and him and this other worker were arguing about who got the black guys pet mouse pregnet. The black guy went to the ketchup disposer thing and lubricated himself. The staff just looked at him in disbelief. Finally he went to the manager John and started to moisturize his ding o ling with a chocolate ice slushie thing. Worst thing I’ve seen.

The young woman with the ridiculously long blue fingernails working the drive-thru apparently has both an attitude and a hearing problem. I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag and despite asking me for a sauce selection, she then tells me there's only honey mustard to which I say okay but then after leaving I received sweet and sour sauce which I cannot stand. Then the iced tea which I ordered somehow turned into fruit punch. Also, she apparently wadded up my receipt and threw it away even though it was clear I was reaching for both my debit card and the receipt. They're not answering the phone which is not a shock because I'm not sure I'd want to answer the phone and have to deal with hearing about someone working the drive-thru who is being completely incompetent. I gave my food to a co-worker who is actually interested in drinking the fruit punch and having sweet and sour sauce with the nuggets. I'm definitely not going to be visiting this location again.
