This is probably the best location in Tucson. The staff is so quick and friendly. The food always taste so good (especially the sauce nuggets!) and even during lunch hour it's not too over crowded.

Came twice in a couple weeks and both times they botched the order. Same workers each Saturday.
The first time I asked for a single plain and they sent it with everything on it. Yes, it could be pulled off to make but that's besides the point.
The second time which was today I ordered the exact same order. Single, medium fries and a coke. They got it right with the plain but gave me a jr hamburger for the price of the single.

I was just at this location at 6:35pm today. I wanted to say that the person they had on the drive-thru ordering menu was so good that I could swear they were AI. They were so clear on following my order and repeated everything back so perfectly that they themselves actually renewed a confidence (that had been lost) with ordering from Wendy's. They are truly an asset to the company and I will choose that location more just knowing they are there doing such a great job.
