Stud with low taper and man bun had worst customer service. She had an attitude when I pulled up to the window told me the total then turned away when I was passing her the change. Another woman walked up, looked confused and took my money. I got my change and drinks, the stud was like, is there anything else like I was sitting holding up the line. "Yeah, my food." Her response was "well you got your drinks". A third woman walks behind her and passes me my food. I don't know if she is nepto-baby, or she gets paid to be rude to customers, but she definitely doesn't want to be there and it shows.

The manager takes forever to get orders because she’s too busy playing around with a dude looking girl who looks unprofessional and judging every customer who comes through the drive thru . Worst environment I’ve ever seen in a work place. You don’t get paid to judge a goof off I hope they get fired !

We make online orders for us to not have to wait through the drivethru-dine in line. Not to wait 15+ minutes when we arrive.
Secondly when we order food we expect to recieve what we paid for. Not whatever they want to give us. I ordered spicy saucy buffalo nuggs. They gave me spicy nuggets instead.

Well it’s really interesting that this is the chicken sandwich I got. Literally no chicken. And they said they had zero drinks so I paid for a meal and only got it this with no drinks. “Great” job
