Original Review: Stay clear of this location. Rude employees and old, stale tasting dried out pretzels. Definitely not worth the high price.

Just as I was walking up to place my order, an associate was putting a sign up that said buy one bag get a second bag for $2, so I ordered 2 bags and I was still charged full price when I asked the associate why i Was charged full price, She said it's because you placed an order as the sign was being put up... Technically the sign was up as I approached the counter but it fell down...I don't care about the $4 difference but what bull. Being in the customer service field most of my working life, you give that 1st customer the deal. Train your people better.

2 very friendly employees greeted me quickly with smiles. Pretzel bites were fresh and plenty were prepped for sales (I mention this because another review said they run out of pretzels within a short time of being open).

Is "Extra Crispy" on the menu? Pick these up on myway out of Wally World as snack. How do you not notice every single pretzel dog burt to a crisp???? Nothing like the advertised pics huh

Limited to what they make for the day. They run out of certain food items by about 4 hours after they open and never make more. This has happened many times at this location. I will never return to this location. I could understand if it was near. Losing time however every time I visit this location its hours before they close.
They never have the cheesy pretzel dogs, which are advertised all over the stand. The pretzel dogs i did get fell apart and tasted really old. Wish they would hire people who are nice and make their product right instead of the surly teenagers who care more about their phones than their jobs.

Who ever the girl who was working at 6pm on 8/26, was extremely rude. She got our order of salted pretzel bits wrong. When we asked for the right order she gave us attitude and again gave us the wrong unsalted pretzel bits. When we came back in once again she finally went into the back to get the salted pretzels and dropped our order on the counter instead of handing it to us.
