I order takeout, waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich is unacceptable. This has happened multiple occasions. You guys can do better. I thought the target time is sub 5 minutes?

Update, they still take 20 minutes for a number 2 combo.

So, it was after a disappointing night and I decided to get some hamburger buns to make up for the ones I missed out on. Anyway this whataburger was the most delicious I've had in a long time. Better than the ones I've stopped by in Texas, which is saying something. The food came out bacon crispy, fries golden and seasoned, and the apple pie was crispy and flakey, and the filling was perfect. It was worth the 200pt glucose spike. 2/2 feet agree
