After staying in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes they forget to put the hamburger patty in the burger. Called to speak to a manager for a refund because I didn’t want to go back and he said I needed to go back to get the refund 🤦🏻♀️. But first he asked if I wanted to replace it? (Really!)
