My experience here is usually pretty good regarding the food and presentation of the food. Although, I was here yesterday around 8pm and they had like 2or 3 employees working. I'm confused how this is a 24hr location and they said they were not taking any orders because of short staff? Did they get paid all shift to not do their jobs? I get it’s jack in the box but the workers on the night shift are amazing always with a smile and ready to make your food. That night manger/shift lead needs a raise just for her customer service alone.
