I’ve picked up a few orders from this Whataburger location, and while the food is usually good, the pickup experience could definitely be improved. A few times my orders should have already been ready, but I ended up waiting longer than expected.

The employees could be a little more attentive and welcoming when customers arrive. A simple greeting and better communication would make a big difference. Overall, the food is good, but the customer service...

Maybe it’s different in Texas. It used to be better here. But I never get what I order anymore. I even wrote a short story for my students about the “Battle of InNOut and Whataburger.” I need to change the ending because I never have this issue at InNOut.
