I’ve been here a couple of times. The last two times I was here, I ordered the Create Your Own Pho Bowl, and it was very good! The portion prepared is very large, so you can take it home if you want also. I would definitely recommend the pho. The Wok Fire Bowls are pretty delicious too.Vegetarian options: They have protein options like tofu for the bowls if you like tofu. Stopped for lunch and ordered a bowl with noodles and veggies with tofu. It was very good. I did add some soy sauce and salt but overall, I enjoyed it. The tofu was fried and a bit spongey but nicely browned. The veggies were crisp and fresh. The egg rolls were exceptional.
