I'm so glad we found this historic family friendly restaurant. The atmosphere was what Mexican restaurants use to be. Paintings, memorabilias & artwork on the walls. Tiled & wood tables. Service was fast and friendly. Our food was great. Reminiscent of my family's (back in the day). We will be going back and looking forward to it.
This is our go to restaurant when we're in Tubac. The food is delicious, portions are generous, prices are fair and service is great.
We especially like the tortilla soup and homemade tamales. Only down side was we didn't have room for dessert. We'll be sure to save room for flan next time.

May 19 2026. Our friends from Green Valley took us for dinner. Who would known such an outstanding restaurant was just down the road from Tubac, Arizona.
