We really enjoyed the themed dinner, cocktails and excellent service. This was definitely a step up from past experiences and we appreciate the significant improvements. The salad bar was excellent and our entres were perfect. We even had dessert this time, an upside down cake, and that was fantastic too. Thanks to our server for her reviews and advice....that it was all good!
We were a party of six and we had to wait an hour to order our food in a booth in the bar. Which we had reserved. We're going to dinner tonight for New Year's Eve same group and I hope it's not gonna be a horrible experience again so disappointed how things are going at Jake's now. The food was decent although portion sizes are small. What deserves mention is the extremely slow service. We had guests from out of state dining here for the first time. After nearly 90 minutes we were still waiting for appetizers. Unacceptable excuses from our server and management .
