Big Tex BBQ offers a variety of dishes in a unique red train car atmosphere. The Bacon Cheeseburger with green chili is a popular choice, served with a fresh salad bar. The restaurant is clean, with friendly and welcoming service. While some customers had issues with the server's attitude towards dietary restrictions, others found the food to be really good and a good value. The chicken was a bit dry for some, and the BBQ sauce not as sweet as expected, but overall, the experience was enjoyable and worth the cost. Great for a post-hike meal after visiting Chiricahua National Monument.
