This location forced customers to use the kiosks for order, and had too few kiosks for the amount of customers. Add to this the fact that using the kiosk increases the time it takes to order over talking to a cashier and there was a big line just to order. Once I ordered I entered my table tent number and selected "for here" in my order and sat and waited. Worst implementation of technology is I've ever seen is the touch screen kiosk. Unbelievable number of very poorly received touch clicks before you can finally get your order and they're trying to upgrade you continuously. Gee I wonder why people might want to avoid such kiosks. What a waste of time. But on the bright side it did wake me up having to interact with that stupid kiosk.

I ordered an iced coffee and waited over 20 minutes at the curbside pickup when I went to the drive thru and told her how long I was waiting for she just gave me my coffee that had been seating there for a long time ice all melted, like no one was going to deliver to my car.
