Nikki, and Abraham, work very hard here to please the customers! My boyfriend and I, came in for two chicken breasts, a biscuit, with honey, and an order of macaroni and cheese! After discovering, they had given me the wrong order, Abraham, was quick to apologize, and even offered me an apple pie, for the inconvenience! We were pleased with this, and will come back here! They are located, inside the TA Travel store, so the bathrooms are very clean, and all is wheelchair accessible!
Customers were not prepared when they arrived at the counter, and the cashier spent too much time with them to set up orders on their cell phones. Lines got long because of this. The kitchen was not able to toast the bread, and the fries were cold.

This is a Popeye's inside a TA travel center - not those huge new ones, but the older style where you wait in line next to the aisles and get that road trip feel. The chicken was neither fresh nor stale, and came in about 5 minutes. There is a drink machine where you can easily get refills, and the soda was mostly fresh. There are a few tables which are shared by the couple of fast food places in here, and we sat at one of them. It does not feel sketch.
