Passing through town, picked the hotel next door so we could eat and grab some sleep before leaving out early in the morning. Hours online and at the restaurant say 11-9 we arrived at 8:00 to be greeted with “we’re closed”.
Hotel hot pockets it is. Very disappointed.
Wish I could duplicate the brisket, it’s the best I’ve ever had.

Just moved to Williams about a month ago and decided to try this place out. Had the Deer Lord Amber Ale with the Texas Twinkies. Barbecue brisket stuffed jalapenos, cream cheese and smoked Gouda wrapped in bacon. Absolutely the most amazing flavor ever! So delicious 😋 And very friendly and professional service. definitely will be back soon and often. ☺️
