My family and I stopped in on our way back from the Grand Canyon and ordered 5 of those chicken flatbreads. After waiting ten full minutes in an empty drive through, we received nearly empty flatbreads with no sauce. One of them legitimately had two pieces of chicken in it and nothing else.Not to mention they rounded my order up to the nearest dollar without asking me. Cool KFC/taco bell location. The manager could be more helpful tho. It seemed like only 1 person was doing most of the work and the rest just stood around. Management needs a fixupParking: Good amount of spots

We stopped here to pick up dinner on our way home to Flagstaff from a trip to Las Vegas. I really can’t rate the food because we ended up leaving. The service was non existent. We were barely acknowledged and we left because it seemed there were a lot of things wrong with other peoples orders and they had all been waiting a long time. No apologies. Also the bathroom was disgusting.
