“A cute, little gem nestled right in the shopping plaza! The owner was super sweet and friendly. Service was quick! Grab a delicious drink, maybe snacks next door from the Asian Grocery store, and you have perfect little treat. Definitely the best boba and milk tea “
“Context: I went here with four other adults and one toddler (who mostly slept during the meal). We went here for an opportunity for a standard dinner on a random Monday night. My wife and daughter are visiting the area but we met up with three locals.Firstly, the food:We all ordered sandwiches. I got the Lute’s Special burger. It was advertised as a burger with a hotdog on top. What it was… was a burger with a hot dog on top. I would have given this a 3 because the food was exactly what it said it was at a step above Five Guys quality, but the salsa at the table was very tasty and a lovely addition to be able to add it as I saw fit. Also those in my group had glowing reviews.Secondly, the ambiance:This place has random crap all over the walls. It’s like a mix between a Chotskie’s and an old school garbage Atlantic City casino. I don’t want that to be taken poorly - this atmosphere worked very well and caused us to have a fantastic experience. It was unique in a way that was charming.Lastly, the service:Our server was named Tyrone M (according to the receipt). He was SPOT ON the best server I have ever had. I neither mean that facetiously nor do I mean it in terms of a niche engagement. Tyrone had it FIGURED OUT. He got our orders taken in efficient order, returned in efficient order, was consistently interacting with us for what we needed, ensured we never had gaps in our night, and was accommodating when we asked to move tables and get an extra food item due to the toddler. Absolutely amazing.Overall - great experience. I would recommend.“
“2nd time coming here. First time here for Breakfast. Greeted promptly, seated in a very comfortable booth. The choices were varied. I had the 1/2 Biscuits and Gravy combo- biscuits were very fluffy & light. Plenty of gravy and choice of sausage patty or sausage links (2)or bacon (2).My husband had the Beef Machaca and the beef was very tender & well seasoned. It came with refried beans, Spanish rice and corn or flour tortillas. We have been here before for an excellent lunch. We will definitely come back again.“
“As a restaurant in an airport, it is definitely a good place to get a decent meal. But be warned if the seating is few and the wait staff consists of one person, have at least a 2 to 3 hour layover. The management is running this place completely understaffed. A large group arrived saying they had given 3 weeks notice they were coming, yet only had one poor girl to take care of 30 plus guest at the same time in the upper restaurant. Both up and down appear to both use the same kitchen. The poor girl was not only taking orders but acting as bar tender and mixing drinks.I repeatedly heard that the downtown location was much more organized and best to visit. Having never been to that location, I'm not one to compare. The food was a little above average and served luke warm. I really blame that on being understaffed and possibly in the kitchen, also. My only question was why the manager was not out doing her part. Maybe she was running the kitchen. One can only hope she is a hands-on manager to keep her staff feeling aided in every way.All in all, a 3.5 to 4 star rating. But a 5 star to the poor girl trying to please all her hungry guests.“
“Highly recommend! Great food…had appetizers, pizza, key lime pie and cocktails - all top notch! Service was friendly and great. I will be returning. Also went to a few other restaurants nearby and this was easily the best in downtown Yuma.“
“The Crossing has the best salads I've ever had. I love the avocado salad with Cajun salmon. The wait staff is always personable, friendly, and good communicators. I'll be bringing in a group of 10 this coming week because I know I can count on the excellent service!“
“Small place but packs in some nice dishes and beers. The California Chicken sandwich is simple but perfectly put together. Honestly, I think that’s the best chicken sandwich I can remember having. Paired really nicely with the Coronado Orange Wit, “
