Found this cute lil area with a couple of food trucks and this one is SO SO GOOD 😋 I meant to take pics for my review but I totally forgot and when I remembered it was like “too late now” bc it was too good to put down 😅 Unfortunately I’m leaving tomorrow to head back home but I’ll be back and this stand will be my numero uno stop!

Honestly their birria is ok. The flavor is off... not sure if it's Americanized or possibly made to taylor the Arizona/Yuma community? I'd rate it a 5/10 from my point of view. But its nice and filling. The customer service is excellent. Its a family business which I support. They have a good amount of sides including plenty of radish which is a PLUS cuz alot of places skimp on that. The tacos are fairly priced and filling. I would go back.

It was our first time here and the food was amazing! We had two tacos de birria with consomé and the birria chilaquiles y la agua de pepino y limon. We can’t wait to come back and explore the other delicious dishes
