This place has non functioning equipment because their ice cream is always melting or not firm. I thought maybe it was a one time thing but recently this past month i’ve been there 3 times and every time the ice cream has almost fallen off the cone. The second time it did actually fall and got all over my car. Go to the one on 32nd St. , their ice cream is always excellent and actually how Dairy Queen ice cream is intended to be.

Guy working there told us we were at the wrong window so we drove around to the other side (about 20 ft), there was nobody else there--he took our order and told us to drive around to the other window to pick up. 🙄

When I come to Yuma (about once a month) I stop by Dairy Queen for a blizzard and they never disappoint. The layout of the Dairy Queen is kind of old school and reminds me of going to a DQ when I was a kid. This location is always friendly, in a good mood and make a good blizzard. I definitely recommend them for a dessert when you’re in Yuma.
