All of the staff there have are amazing, but Irving truly stood out and went above and beyond. He was super friendly from the start, with a positive attitude and great energy. You can tell he enjoys what he does because he makes customers feel welcome. His service definitely made my day better.
They are great. I love their sparkling soda with blackberry and pomegranate and there’s strawberry Boba on top. And I get it double blended so it’s nice and smooth. I quit going to Starbucks because I love these guys so much. I think these guys are a little cheaper too than Starbucks.
This location is always 5 out of 5 for me but they really outdid themselves today. I was having a rough day(baby was up until 4 am then had to get up at 8am with the toddler, spouse is out of town for work, and just had a stressful dr visit for baby) they offered a free drink that they had made by accident and made my day and brought tears to my eyes. They were so sweet and didn’t judge me for getting emotional in their drive thru.
