The carne asada burrito is the best in Yuma. They have really good bean and cheese burritos. The tacos de cabeza are delicious too. I think they might open before 6pm (what's listed here). I think they open at 4 or 5pm. No indoor dining but they have tables outside.
I’m from San Diego. Most experiences I have had with Mexican Food in Yuma has been subpar. El Jarocho Taco changed that for me. I ate their carne asada tacos. From the very first bite I felt like I transported back home. You go inside to the tables to order and then hand your paper to the people in the trailer. Food was fast and fabulous. You sit outside at the tables to eat so it can get cold at night.
We were here with 5 people. My work colleagues and I come from Germany and finally wanted to eat authentic Mexican food. We speak English but not Spanish. ? But that wasn't a problem, we were able to communicate with the nice lady with our hands and feet. ? I had various tacos and my colleagues had quesedilias. The food was extremely delicious and we couldn't get enough. The store is highly recommended.
