Super friendly guy running the taco trailer. I tried Pastor and Cabeza tacos, the pastor was incredible...cabeza was good too, but the pastor spoke to my soul. Also the charro beans are delicious. I will be going back and would recommend Fidel to anyone looking for a good taco.
If you’re in Yuma, you have to check out Fidel’s Tacos Truck. The service alone makes it worth the stop—he was incredibly nice and went out of his way to be accommodating, which you don’t always find.
The food is as authentic as it gets. The pastor tacos were seriously delicious—perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and fresh. You can tell there’s real care put into everything he makes.

Fidel's Tacos serves great food with amazing customer service. The asada and al pastor tacos are a hit, and the tacos de cabeza are very delicious and flavorful. They are generously meaty and come with delicious consommé. The charro beans are a must-try with the perfect spice and kick, and the homemade chicken quesadilla is a favorite. With quick service, tasty hot sauce, and a very kind owner, Fidel's friendly smile and excellent service provide a refreshing treat. This hidden gem is a must-visit, with a friendly atmosphere, great music, and phenomenal food. CASH ONLY but worth it.
