Stopped by for lunch with a friend and switched things up from my usual chicken katsu plate. This time I ordered the beef teriyaki saimin, and it hit the spot. I was craving something warm and soupy, and the flavorful broth, tender beef, and noodles were exactly what I wanted. I'll still come back for the crunchy chicken katsu with plum sauce, but this was a great choice when I wanted something different.
