Have never had a bad experience here, nor have heard of any but this is a giant first. I ordered a lettuce wrap cheeseburger since i can’t have bread and I received a cheeseburger with bread (which is fine, easy fix.) and when i returned it, they remade it for me but i don’t really appreciate it coming with the employees saying “bruhhh” “who orders that??” :/

Best hamburger in the region. Highly recommend 👌 the staff was delighted to service me and I was enthusiastic about the great customer service being provided. The most awesome experience to my surprise when I saw scripture engraved.Fabiola

I had never been to In-N-Out before, so this was my very first visit. However, I had heard of the chain because Chevy Chase mentioned it in the movie Fletch.

Following a colleague's recommendation, I ordered the '3x3' and regular fries. For a fast-food chain, the food is remarkably good, though unfortunately quite greasy - likely due to the heavy 3x3 combination.
