When I arrived, the inside of the restaurant was chaotic. There was no clear signage for mobile order pickup, and several people were cutting the line. One man stepped directly in front of everyone and spoke with the staff behind the counter. It appeared he knew the employees—possibly even a manager or owner—and he received his pickup order before the rest of us who had been waiting in a long line. He should have been required to wait like everyone else.
I had also called ahead to confirm my order would be ready, and the woman on the phone assured me that all pickup orders had been prepared since 10 a.m. (I arrived around noon).
Overall, I left unimpressed. The customer service was subpar, and the experience was disappointing.

Great cinnamon rolls but freshness is hit it miss Great almond croissants Other desserts banana pudding cheesecake etc. Hazelnut bread is good too The drive-through is near their trash cans has a bad smell and the drive through line unfortunately times can be long if busy.

This place smells of sewer. Gross. Don’t open when your store smells like sewer. How is that not the thing you’re fixing like it’s an emergency?
Also “wecome home”? You ordered a LOT of these cups, no spell check?
For a moment when i pulled into the parking lot it looked very dark and lonely thought it was closed. Ordered a club sandwich and The chicken ham and cheese sandwich. They did not look very appealing to say the least.

My husband and I love the bread there it's homemade everyday and the rolls oh my god they're desserts I forgot to tell you about the desserts oh they have good sandwiches good lunches specials their soups are great I would recommend it to anybody
