Service rendered by Bernice was excellent with solid assist from Maria. Bernice and Maria always provide GREAT service, on-time with drink re-fills, and great input on meal selections. Maria is also fast on seating customers upon arrival at front door. Elijah and Tyler are solid on clearing tables and customer liaison. Bad service across the board. Noticed owner present at front table with manager. That owner had to jump up more than once to handle customers coming in door. I guess we can't expect service when the manager ignores new customers and lets the owner serve those incoming customers. If that manager works for that owner, said owner needs to get that manager's attention on how to manage and LEAD that BYC in YUMA!
