Courtney Johnson gave me a horrible customer service experience. I have a call history to show how many times i had called regarding lodging, storage space, dock slip and i have never received a call back. I can show how many times i had emailed her and it took sometimes days to get a response. It wasnt until i asked to cancel my reservation because i never received a gate code. I had sent a signed contract 6 times and she still never responded until i asked for refund and she said she never got it. I have proof, emails dont lie. Horrible customer service. Return calls or email response in a timely matter and do not lie and say it was never received when proof is documented. Just go to fishers landing, way better customer service.

Great service, great prices, great setting! Stumbled across the place while traveling. Loved it!

It’s sad they have let this once lively and fun place go straight to hell. Rarely open anymore, employees ignore the customers coming in to spend money. On top of being open every now and then in the busy summer, they’re closing for winter…you know, the time when the winter visitors come out in droves, everyday…? Hoping they decide to sell and someone who actually knows how to run a business and realizes its potential can get in there.

Food & drinks: Great drinks! My friends enjoyed their sandwiches and breakfast. Two of us ordered turkey, an avacodo sandwich, and it was a disappointment. They didn't charge me for it. Nice service, beautiful scenery. A great day at the lake!

This is desert living. It's not regal or plush or like the Montage ... this is the desert. I always pack a bag full of clothes but end up wearing the same shirt and shorts for 3 days... It's awesome.
