I love Panda Express, but I'm not too sure about this location. I used the drive thru, which I don't often do, but it was necessary for this visit. The speaker makes it hard to hear as a customer, and it must not be great on the other end because I was given fried rice instead of the steamed white rice I ordered. The chicken entrees were good, though.

However, the boxes they use for a plate-size order intentionally make the main course/meat portions...

I was in a bad mood after a long day and being picky with fresh lo-mein and egg rolls, and every associate that served me were so nice and accommodating. Carlos had probably the best customer service I’ve received at a fast food joint. He was friendly and professional—really nice young man. I walked out of there in a great mood and the food was hot and fresh. General Manager should be proud of his/her employees, especially Carlos.

I would love to give this location more stars but we were given so little in our food container because it was almost all gone. For the prices, offer an option to wait to get a normal serving.
