Usually the food is very good at this location, but yesterday I flew in to town and had only had a snack on the plane around 9am and a sprite. Other than that I did not eat at all yesterday.Then around 7:20pm I went and got a box combo from raising canes. I got home and immediately ate it and then at 4am I had to run to the bathroom due to watery diarrhea, and then once again and 5am. I then went back to bed, and at 8:00am I woke up and puked up several bits and chunks of chicken. My stomach has never had a problem with the food from this exact location until yesterday, so I’m not sure if it was a bad batch or if somebody inside of the kitchen may have been a bit sick.

Well I hate to leave a negative review here as the staff was very nice. If you're going to specialize in Chicken please do it correctly. I've eaten at many Canes and sadly this is the worst. Fries cold and soggy, coleslaw was terrible and I love Cannes Slaw!! I ordered a 4 box combo. I received 6 small pieces that were dry and had no flavor I ate two and and tossed them. I get it you're in Yuma but your staff were very polite. I will never return as great bird is next door.

This is our fav fast food restaurant. The chicken is outstanding, the coleslaw is fresh, and the lemonade is squeezed right in front of you! ? Delish! What a treat.

Sadly, cole slaw was completely tasteless. Unsweetened iced tea tasted like it accidentally got mixed with sweet tea. The chicken fingers had just the right amount of crunch, but they were pretty minuscule. The crinkle cut fries were a bit soggy. It was really busy and loud, so if you're not crazy about that kind of environment, I wouldn't recommend it. Still, they had good music playing, it was just hard to hear. It was hard to hear my husband across the table from me! Staff was pretty friendly, and trying to keep up with cleaning tables. Meanwhile, the ladies room was out of TP...

Ok canes, I'm not sure but you guys gotta start putting more soda and less ice, there's like 90 percent ice and 10 percent soda. take my comment SERIOUSLY!!
ordered curbside to be quicker and waited at the curbside spot for 20 minutes so i went thru the drive through to ask and they wouldn’t allow me to get it so i went inside and it’s sitting in a corner cold.

I'll be honest; when this place first opened I hated it. I gave it another chance again about a year ago and I'm a believer. I wish the chicken itself had more flavor/seasoning to it, but I guess that is what the sauce is for. I truly enjoy their food now. My husband and I keep coming back. The food is always fresh and pipping hot. Ask for your bread toasted on both sides! ?
