this must be a knockoff Starbucks because it's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to
I waited in your lobby with no line for almost 15 min waiting on one drink.
In the meantime one of the employees is running around feeding all the other employees whipped cream cups and they are all licking whipped cream... kinda gross but moving on. I went to the counter and asked where my drink was... she then started making it.
I asked for no whip cream and she gave it to me with whipped cream. I told her it wasn't supposed to have whipped cream and she went and scooped...read full review
