It is an alarming trend. Six of my last 10 drinks have been about an ounce shy of full. I never would have noticed but I add my own sweetener. If they did this with everybody after 20 cups of coffee they would save 20 oz of milk. That's one store one drink one day. By shorting everybody a tiny amount corporate wide, they must save billions of gallons of milk per year. That they charge you for.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a product consistent with other stores. The drinks, including WCM’s and a caramel ribbon crunch, are delicious. However, there is an alarming trend of drinks being about an ounce shy of full, which saves the company billions of gallons of milk per year. The staff are described as the nicest people ever, with some having the greatest personality and a beautiful smile. One barista corrected a drink and brought a new whole venti drink even though the customer was halfway finished. The morning staff is loved. The biggest issue is the long line wrapped around the building consistently all day, with wait times in the drive-through up to 45 minutes, though walk-in is suggested. On hectic days, the lobby may be closed, but the staff does the best they can. One sweet and kind employee who was super busy deserves to be employee of the month. Ordering beforehand on the app is recommended.
