Now thissssss is an iced shaken espresso the way it should be made!! First time ever at this location, and the girl making my drink was super sweet. Great customer service. In the last 2 days, i've had to go back to the Starbucks where i live and have them remake drinks, & stillll i had to throw them out & re-buy at another location. The staff here are always kind and cheerful, even during the busy rush hours. You can tell they genuinely care about making every customer’s day a little brighter. Great drinks, great service. Always a great experience! I usually get a caramel macchiato, but Starbucks’ new fall flavor the Iced Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte has officially become my new all time favorite! I really hope it stays on the menu year round because it’s that good.

Sent my little brother to order coffee, and due to dietary restrictions, we need a SF custom order. Barista was incredibly annoyed and upset with him. Incredibly rude to him at the window.
