I ordered wrong my order thinking that I could get the fries on the side but I added them inside of my food , so I wanted to pay for fries on the side and they just give the fries even with the side of the cheese that was so sweet.Thank you!“

“Everyone was great and the food was well prepared. It was ruined by one loud employee just standing around telling everyone her terrible family business. I felt sorry for all the other very hard working employees trying to ignore her and do their jobs.
Despite this one occurance, I will always support my Yuma Taco Bell when I'm in town!!“
“My family and I ate here a few times recently and each time I was very impressed with how friendly and courteous the staff is. They always greet us warmly and when we were leaving last time one of the young men working there even said “I hope you enjoy the rest of your day” as we were walking out. A simple gesture like that is so refreshing and made us look forward to coming back. True kindness like that is sometimes sadly missing in customer service at other places but this location stands out for how awesome all the staff is. The food is always fresh and we’ve never had any issues with our orders, even when we customize ingredients. I always get a strong sense that the staff pays close attention to detail when preparing the orders and we really appreciate that. Taco Bell locations can be hit or miss sometimes but this one is top notch! I highly recommend this store.“
