Taco Bell in El Centro

“I order takeout from this location, 3 crunchy tacos, extra beef, no lettuce. I returned to my car to discover lettuce in my tacos. I was a little irritated and walked back to the restaurant. I was sure I hit the no lettuce button on the self checkout tablet, however the woman working behind the counter showed me that I had in fact not hit the no lettuce option. I was fully prepared to buy 3 more tacos, when the owner step in and offered to remake my tacos without lettuce. He was very gracious and professional. I feel bad that my mistake cost them, but I truly appreciate the great service. I will be sure to return to this location on my frequent road trips through Southern California.“

“I had an issue with an order over the app, came into the store and was instantly helped by the manager. Issue was resolved quickly and my food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Store was very clean and nice. Manager and staff were so kind and helpful, the best Taco Bell experience I’ve had!“
