“I was stuck in traffic and had a delayed order to get to the drive through. I got there at near closing and John understood my issue and made my food even though I was really late to the drive through. I just thanked him that I appreciated him for processing my order despite it taking me so long to get to the drive through, and didn't let me go to bed hungery after a long day working. I hope the best for him and those like him at this establishment.“
