I didn't know what to expect from a food trailer downtown near Interstate 8. I got lucky. Mariscos El Rey's shiny and spotless red box on wheels was an indication that good things are here. The inside was just as squeaky clean as the screened window was opened and the fish tacos and horchata were handed to me. I sat down under a white tented area with white tables and white chairs. I stopped in for a late lunch at Tacos El Canelo. The owner and his family were very nice. He took my order and prepared the food. While I waited I talked briefly with his wife and 3 young children. I placed a takeout order for 3 tacos (Asada, Al Pastor, and Lengua). The plate was very well packaged and the food was great.
