Downgrading my former 5 Star Service Review to 1 Star due to false advertising. I was looking for a dog-friendly restaurant in Yuma and The Crossings came up #3 on my web search of "dog friendly restaurants". Turns out only Service Dogs are permitted by the Management which they must do anyway due to the Americans with Disabilities Act. So, I went to Julieana's Steak and Seafood instead.
I came in a couple weeks ago and did not have a good experience. A manager reached out and made it right. I am SOOO GLAD I gave them another chance! I was greeted as soon as I entered, seated quickly and the server was right there to get my drink order. Ordered The Crossing Burger and 1/2 order of potato skins. Let me tell you, if that was 1/2 order, they probably bring a full order to the table on a cart! Hot, flavorful and filling! Should have just ordered the skins and skipped...
My new favorite dining spot on non-sports nights. Quiet & relaxed atmosphere, great food & yummy drinks. Hit & miss on service, however the manager is awesome & will take care of any problems. A little pricey, but on par (maybe even a little less) than comparable dining options in town. It's a bit too noisy for my liking on sports nights, but it is a Sports Bar & Grill, so that's to be expected. I just wish the restaurant side was a little quieter,...
