I love the food customer service was good only bad thing is if you like extra sea salt it's the right place if you like people getting there over stack frys with there bare hands. This is the place and was disappointed we left sorry but I don't like extra seasoning on them.

No inside counter service. Very, very, very long wait to make order. Only serve cars. No respect for people inside the restaurant. Very disappointing. Especially when we were in a hurry and chose Wendy's as a fast food rather than a regular restaurant.

This place is METHED up.Stood there for almost 10 mins waiting for someone to acknowledgeme, saw 5 different female employees and they all completely ignored me while I was standing there waiting at the counter. I don't expect 5 star service from a fast food restaurant but this place could learn a thing or two.

Wendy’s is usually my “Go To” spot whenever I’m traveling. And I Make my stop on the 16th street location. I went on the 13th, 14th, and 15th of January 2024 all after 5pm. And WHOEVER was working the front area from those times and days till closing needs a Gold Medal!! The lobby was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Plenty of tables to sit that were actually clean. The customer service that Hispanic man provided was Top Notch in my book. I saw him running around everywhere in the back helping out his fellow employees also. Great Job wendys for hiring a good worker and someone who can actually keep the front clean while being attentive to customers and employees.
