Algo bien rico ! I’m from imperial valley my expectations were low, since I prefer birria from mex but this place got it right. The sample platter is all you need. The mulita is bomb. They serve you all the sides and give a good portion of costume. Their aguas frescas are also so very good.
Great food overall, cabbage was really dry though so avoid that I think. Always get the 32oz. Eat half and then have the other half the next day for ramen. Loses none of its flavor. Not overly fatty/oily.

The drink was amazing! I’m surprised no one brings up their huge agua Fresca plus Miche style.
For like $5!!
They mainly do birria style on everything.
