Thankfully, Simran, one of the staff members, handled the situation very professionally and kindly. She immediately looked into the problem, fixed it quickly, and made sure everything was sorted out. “I've been coming here for years... the staff are always amazing... without fail!... yes, sometimes the food isnt always perfect(during busy times) but they always fix it in a heartbeat... eg. fries aren't always hot... however, it's hands down the best family restaurant in north van! “Used to come here a lot and recently revisited. Seems the place upgraded a bit in that time. Food was great, waiters are attentive. Good place to eat at.

I've been here a few times more recently, and the waitress Olivia has been excellent. Deeply respect that at least this White Spot hires people regardless of identity—a reminder that the world can still be good. There's another male waiter too, I can't remember his name, but he has an energetic, outgoing personality—he's also great.

I recommend the Cheesy Bacon Perogies and the Monty Mushroom Burger. Milkshakes are also great, but a bit heavy if your appetite is small.“

I miss White Spot from the years I lived in the lower Mainland many moons ago. I always enjoy coming here. Our server was friendly, timely and made our dining experience lovely.“

My husband and I had an excellent visit today thanks to Vijay and Ogety. The service was outstanding — professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. “we went and stayed at the Parq Vancouver and we went to Honey Salt each day for food and amazing cocktails! the staff was so friendly and the Bar head manager was so kind and friendly. I recommend everyone visit . also the 11 layer banana/chocolate cake is to die for! also try the Korean chicken bites!“
