“I ordered my meal on the app for the first time. When I set it up, I thought the order went through, but later, I saw it didn't. So I reordered it but made a couple of mistakes. I forgot to add the cheese again, plus no mayo, onions, or pickles, and add mustard. Then it wasn't busy as only one customer in store. So when I got my food, I noticed they already had the fries in the tray, and I was waiting 15 minutes for my burger, which it shouldn't have been that long. So yes, the fries were cold when I got them. Maybe next time I go, I will go when busy or be like a lady that came in shortly after I got my food and order fries with no salt. They then had to make fries, and they were hot that time.“
